Welcome to the amazing world of canyoning in the Blue Mountains! Canyoning is the perfect summer adventure and often involves a variety of activities including swimming, wading, jumping into pools ('waterjumps'), abseiling through waterfalls, bushwalking and scrambling over rocks and boulders.

A fantastic abseiling and canyon day for beginners. Learn the fundamentals of abseiling in the morning – you will be amazed as you progress from 2m abseils through to 25m abseils. After a picturesque picnic lunch the real fun begins! Put your newly acquired skills to use in the extremely beautiful and exciting canyon. Scrambling, wading, swimming and jumping into pristine water whilst surrounded by spectacular scenery – if you haven’t been canyoning before you won’t have seen anything like it.

No previous experience is required. Backpacks, dry bags, abseiling equipment, lunch, NPWS entry fee and full length wetsuits are included for all canyons. Depending on conditions and National Parks restrictions you will experience either Empress Falls, Grand Canyon or another canyon.
