Your team become star chefs, service staff and customers as they “create their own restaurant” in a jam packed event filled with great music, creative energy and team engagement. 

On arrival we get everyone settled with a nibble and a drink and then brief the new “chefs” with a “prep” talk on safety and how the event works, then a “pep” talk to get them fired-up. 

Before the event your team is split into groups who now go to their workstations and get cooking. Each group has its own professional chef for personal, professional attention so they feel comfortable and confident with the tasks ahead, ready to be “star chefs”. Your team learns time management, essential cooking skills, and knife techniques and puts together a restaurant quality banquet of gourmet food. You are assured of success with timely tips and helpful guidance from your chef. 

As the cooking is completed, your team learns what hospitality is all about, as they become “service staff” – setting tables, folding serviettes, and creating the ambience – all with their own style and creative energy. You’ll be amazed what some people get up to with this. 

The Wow Factor is what your team experiences as “customers” in their very own restaurant. They sit and enjoy the fruits of their labours – a sensational banquet of delicious dishes.
