Be introduced to the gentle joy and total freedom of hot air ballooning. Imagine floating as slowly as a cloud and looking at the world below. What better way to see some of the most spectacular scenery in Australia. Rolling Hills, the Avon River, the patterns of the country side, both man-made and carved out by nature. Ballooning is an experience that combines excitement, relaxation and wonder; it is a truly unique, and special experience.

To ensure you get the most out of your morning you will fly in one of two balloons; one which can carry 4 adults and another that can carry 12. The balloon that we operate on any given morning depends on passenger numbers. Our minimum passenger number is two. Your morning begins before dawn when the winds are gentle and a new day about to begin. Your flight lasts approximately one hour, and after your flight you will be invited to join in the fun and experience the ancient and mystical art of balloon 'packer-uppering'.

Our breakfast venue has been specially chosen to compliment your morning's experience. During breakfast you will be presented with your personalised flight certificate while being waited on by your pilot and crew.

We had agreat flight in Northam WA, great take off and landing. The weather was fantastic. Our pilot Marc was very knowledgeable in ballooning. I would recommened this to any one. Even those who don't like heights like my friend who came, as she is so glad she did it and would do it again. Thanks for a great experience.

Fitness and Experience

There is no pretty, easy or elegant way of climbing into or out of a balloon basket. You must however be agile enough to do this unaided

What to Bring/Wear

We suggest you wear practical clothing that you do not mind getting a little dirty, and bring along a spare pair of shoes (We often take off and land on damp grass)
It gets no colder in the Balloon, in fact due to the heat from the burners it gets a little warmer
A hat and a camera are highly recommended
Ladies, no skirts or high heels please!
Depending on the season, you may need jeans, jumper, beanie and a jacket that you can remove as the morning warms up
Be sure to have your camera and your batteries charged as this spectacular panorama is a photographer’s paradise
