Take a hot air balloon flight over the spectacular Barossa Valley, one of the premier ballooning destinations in Australia - complete with a glass of sparkling champagne served with a sumptous restaurant breakfast! Equally thrilling and relaxing, hot air ballooning is the most romantic form of air travel, with the tranquility of mother nature broken only by the occasional roar of the burners.

After meeting, you'll make your way to the launch site to prepare the balloon for flight. Choose to get involved and inflate the balloon or sit back and watch the action - it's your choice. You'll lift off at sunrise and gently drift with the air currents for around 1 hour, your trained crew using the altitude of the balloon to catch the varying wind currents which control the direction of the flight. Photo opportunities abound - this is truly a photographers paradise - and don't forget to smile as your pilot will be taking pictures throughout using an on-board camera.

Upon landing you can help (or not!) to pack away the balloon, before retiring to the luxurious Harry's Restaurant for a superb buffet breakfast served with sparkling wine. A commemorative flight certificate and photo viewing completes the perfect morning.

We had a fantastic Hot Air Balloon Flight, Barossa Valley Ballooning staff were absolutely wonderful, very professional, informative, friendly and fun and certainly made our Adrenalin Adventure one to remember with great pleasure. The equipment was beautifully maintained and safety issues were addressed thoroughly. The flight was amazing, so peaceful and exciting all at once and the buffet breakfast at Novotel Barossa Valley was 100% delicious. We have travelled a lot and my husband is very particular about his breakfasts! - this one was the best we've ever had for both of us! Neither of us could fault any aspect of our adventure and will (and have) highly recommend it - thank you so much for making it such a wonderful experience from the easy booking for a well planned and totally enjoyable adventure to the excellent champagne buffet breakfast to finish our adventure in style! We LOVED the whole experience and are so happy we did it with Adrenalin!!!
