This helicopter flight is a spectacular way to see Bungle Bungle from within the National Park. Depart Purnululu airstrip for the south west tip of the massif to view Y Gorge, Deep Gorge and ‘The Twins’. Continue on to the highest point of the Bungle Bungle and the spectacular Red Rock Gorges of the north-west. Your helicopter then tracks towards the eastern side of the massif, to encounter incredible eroded sandstone formations and a maze of gorges. Fly along the southern face to the mouth of Picaninny Gorge, follow Picaninny Creek to view and photograph Cathedral Gorge and the famous orange and black striped beehive shaped domes. This flight lasts for 48 minutes, and is seasonal, so only operates from April to November.

Child Age / Infant Policy
Infants are classified as 0-2 years, and may travel free of charge, on their parent’s lap. Please note that only one infant may travel unrestrained per aircraft. Children classified as 3 – 12 years of age inclusive, must be accompanied by an adult on the flight.
Luggage Restrictions
Luggage is normally restricted to cabin sized, soft luggage only and a maximum weight limit of 10 kilograms per person. Suitcases and additional luggage may be carried on the same flight subject to loading availability and at the discretion of the Pilot/company. If the luggage does not travel on the same flight, luggage may be transported at an additional cost to the client.
Please note: If your flight is in the WET season, usually between November and February, you may experience delays or cancellation due to bad weather. Any accommodation or meal charges incurred if an overnight stay en route is required will be at your own cost. The final decision to fly is to be made by the pilot in command, with safety always our highest priority.
