This chocolate making class is the complete indulgence for any chocolate lover! Your chocolate sensation begins with a brief discussion about chocolate including the difference between real chocolate (couverture) and compound chocolate. Indulge yourself in a hands-on chocolate making class designed to give the ultimate chocolate adrenalin rush! Find out how real chocolate is made and experience the pleasure of making your own.

Afterwards, you will be entrusted with the secrets of making chocolate truffles and given a choice of eight enticing flavours so you can even try your hand at making your own. With the guidance of the chocolate master - Joseph, you will firstly make the ganache using a flavour of your choice (the ganache is the centre of the chocolate). While you are rolling the ganache into delicious, bite-sized balls, your workshop assistant will make everyone in the workshop a great cup of coffee.

Enjoy your coffee and maybe even indulge in one or two chocolates from our delicious chocolate range! After making the ganache, you are then given a choice of a variety of finishes for your truffles. These may include a cocoa powder, or rolled nut finish, you might even have the opportunity to enrobe your creations using the chocolate machine, as well as decorating them. After the class, all of your handmade chocolates (excluding those that you might have already eaten!) are yours to take home to share with friends or family!
