Relax over a few classic cocktails and learn how to make them at the same time! You and your friends or colleagues will mix, muddle and shake with the professionals at an exclusive cocktail lounge.

After learning the basic lingo and instruction on how to use the array of equipment at your disposal, you will mix 2 cocktails under the supervision of some of Australia’s finest mixologists, each drink designed to improve your cocktail-making skills and delight your palate. The experts will be judging you on authenticity, taste and presentation…with a few extra points for flair!

Your group will have fun, learn to make some classic cocktails and most important of all, do it as a team with a small measure of competition in the mix...or should we say shaker! Canapes served throughout. This is an ideal activity for a team of colleagues or birthday party.

I would highly recommend this adventure to anyone. The "barmen" were very friendly and informative and made the whole experience such fun. Also I must commend the canapes provided - they were plentiful and absolutely delicious!

The two staff members that lead the course were fantastic and you could see that they love what they do. They were very informative, and as well as being fun it was educational too. It was really cool to get behind the bar and make a cocktail. We were also lucky to have a great group that were keen to learn as well as have fun. After the course, the teachers encouraged us to try something we hadn't tried before, or try something we might not try. Overall I had a great night!! Thanks again.

We thoroughly enjoyed the hands on experience with just the right amount of and great mix of people. We were the oldies in the group but that didn't matter. The taste testing of our creations was the best part and would love to do it all over again some time soon.

More Information

There is a minimum number of 6 people required for a course to go ahead.

If you are booking individually, you will be placed onto a course with other paying customers.

Sessions start 4:00 PM weekdays, 3:00 PM weekends and last between 1 and 1.5 hours depending on numbers on the day.
