Formula Ford Driving Experience, 10 Laps - Gold Coast

Drive a few laps in the cars that made your heroes famous. Nearly every Australian motorsport legend passed through the Formula Ford series on the way to stellar careers and now you have the chance to find out what it’s like behind the wheel. If you have what it takes to get in a fully-fledged, single-seat, European Formula race car with a Zetec engine, you’re in for the rush of your life. 

Your adventure begins with a mandatory safety briefing, and you’ll learn how to operate what may well be the most powerful car you will ever get to drive. Your instructors will then drive you around the track, pointing out the racing lines, apexes and braking points. Pay attention to what they have to say, because you’ll soon find yourself driving solo from the snug cockpit of your own Formula Ford, blazing through 10 full laps in Norwell Park. 

With the Zetec engine powering you forward, you’ll experience the rush reserved only for true racers.
