Formula Ford Driving Experience, 5 Laps - Calder Park

Just about all the superstars of Australian motorsport have cut their teeth in the Formula Ford series at one stage of their career.  Now here is your chance to driving the same fully-fledged, single-seat, European Specification Zetec–engined Formula style cars that your heros did.

Your 5 lap session will begin with a safety briefing about the cars and an overview on the operation and how to get the most out of your time in the car.

You will then be driven around the track in a road car by the instructors, showing you the correct racing lines and apexes and braking markers etc. Make sure you pay attention becuase once you are on the track, it's just you in the snug cockpit all by yourself. 

This is the real deal - low and laid back seat position, stubby right hand 4 speed gearbox shifter and the scream of the mighty Zetec engine will have you feeling like a racer in no time at all.
