Healthy, Easy & Delicious Cooking Class - Sydney
Looking for inspiration for creating delicious and mouth-watering meals in a flash? This cooking class is exactly what you need to teach you how maximize your food in a fun and simple way.
We will teach you how to turn one meal into many and you’ll learn some great techniques for low fat cooking include speedy poaching, chopping and cooking meat. Recipes including lots of healthy protein and great salad accompaniments to provide you with balanced and nutritious dishes that you’ll be able to recreate at home with ease.
The menu includes: Lebanese Sumac Lamb, Poached Chicken Salad with Pine Nuts and Cherry Tomatoes, our fabulous “Cheeky” Chickpea Salad and a not forgetting a yummy dessert to satisfy your sweet tooth, a Flambéed Strawberry Parfait.

Fitness and Experience

- You must be 15 years of age to participate in this experience and 18 to consume wine with the meal.
What to Bring/Wear
- Closed in flat shoes – sorry no thongs or sandals (& no stilettos!)
- Dress comfortably for cooking
