'Around the Gaps' 60-min scenic Helicopter Tour - Alice Springs

This is a fantastic opportunity to explore world heritage listed areas of the Northern Territory by helicopter. Discover the heart of the Outback as you fly over Alice Springs nestled in the foothills of rugged desert ranges. Cross the world famous Larapinta Walking Trail and visit craggy Simpson's Gap and Standley Chasm, a steep gorge rising 60 metres out of the main range. 

There are plenty of photo opportunities as you circle the Chasm and head to Honeymoon Gap following the colourful rocky ridgeline past Mt Gillen to Heavitree Gap. From there its on to the East MacDonnells -  to Emily and Jessie Gaps, which feature prominently in local Aboriginal legend. Rock wallabies, camels and eagles are often seen during this flight over the geographic centre of Australia.

You will spend a full hour in the sky, exploring the vast area surrounding Simpson's Gap and Standley Chasm. This is is once in a lifetime experience!
