You'll meet your hot air balloon crew before dawn at Cessnock in the Hunter Valleyand, if you want to, you can assist with inflating the balloon; an exciting experience in itself. Taking off is an exhilarating rush, with the balloon gently rising above the scenery below against the blast of the burners. After around an hour its time to land, where you can help to repack the balloon envelope and enjoy a Champagne breakfast at Petersons Champagne House with your pilot and balloon crew.
