- 25-minute Jet Fighter Flight for 1
- Helicopter transfers for 2 to lunch at a top Hunter Valley restaurant
- Aerobatic instructor-rated pilot and modern L-39 fighter jet (as seen in the James Bond film "Tomorrow Never Dies")
Live your Top Gun dream in an L39 Albatross Lead-In Jet Fighter. During this jet fighter tactical mission you'll experience true g-forces as your skilled fighter pilot performs aerobatic manoeuvres and simulates a strike attack.
Once strapped in you'll be given a final brief then will feel the power as 4000 pounds of jet thrust propels you and your jet fighter into the atmosphere. You'll do speeds of up to 910km/hr. The jet fighter flight commences with a climb to around 8000 feet. then a steep turn to introduce you to positive g-force, before moving into tactical aerobatics, such as loops, Cuban 8s and vertical rolls. Once you've descended to the low-level operations area you'll experience a high speed jet fighter tactical dash before cruising low back to the airfield. Landing the jet is the final thrill - you'll be on a high for weeks!
After your Jet Fighter Flight, the two of you will board a modern R44 Helicopter and lift off for Hungerford Hill (other restaurants available by request) in time for your dining experience at Muse, one of the Hunter Valley newest fine-dining restaurants and 2010 Restaurant of the Year. Hosts Megan and Troy showcase their high class contemporary Australian food matched with fine wines served in a relaxed, sophisticated atmosphere.
Take your time over lunch, drop by the Hungerford Hill cellar door to sample some of their fine wines before heading back on the helicopter to Hunter Valley Airport, where your adventure began. You'll feel like a million dollars!
