Once at the track you will be met by the pitt crew to gear up for the ride of a lifetime, hot laps at Bathurst in the passenger seat of a Porsche race car driven by the legendary Jim Richards. Jim is a 4 times Australian Touring Car Champion, 7 times Bathurst 1000 winner, 8 times Targa Tasmania winner and Carrera Cup champion.
Experience the rush heading up Mountain Straight, hold on as the circuit seems to disappear across Skyline, feel the G forces through the Esses and be amazed at the speed down Conrod. And if all that isn’t enough, lunch with Jim Richards and a signed photo with Jim are also included!
But it doesn’t end there... after cooling down from your hot laps it's back into your private helicopter for the return flight to Sydney.

This is a rare opportunity to experience Mount Panorama in full race set up. Normally a public road, state legislation heavily restricts use of the full circuit and there are just 4 motorsport events held there annually. Adrenalin has exclusive access to the Jim Richards Bathurst Experience and bookings are available from November 11 to 15 2009.
Jim Richards was inducted into the Australian Motorsport Hall of Fame in 2006. His career records are extraordinary but it is his results at Mount Panorama that have earned him his greatest accolades. Jim holds the record for the most Bathurst 1000 starts, a continuous run of thirty five through to 2006. He also shares the record for the most number of race finishes, twenty four, netting him thirteen Top 10 finishes along with his seven outright victories.
The record for the greatest winning margin belongs to Peter Brock and Jim Richards and the record for the fastest race time for the full 1000km also belongs to Jim and was set back in 1991 when he and Mark Skaife steered their turbo Nissan GT-R to victory.
