Experience the rush heading up Mountain Straight, hold on as the circuit seems to disappear across Skyline, feel the G forces through the Esses and be amazed at the speed down Conrod.

Jim Richards really made the day. He is the easiest person to talk to and included me and my wife in on the whole day. It still feels like a dream that I have been around Mt Panorama the best race track in the world at race pace with a Driving Legend. How this is not taken up by more people is beyond me. This is a rare opportunity to experience Mount Panorama in full race set up. Normally a public road, state legislation heavily restricts use of the full circuit and there are just 4 motorsport events held there annually. Adrenalin has exclusive access to the Jim Richards Bathurst Experience and bookings are available from November 10 to 14 2010.

Please advise Adrenalin when booking if guests will be attending on the day. Guests are most welcome – the cost is $130 per person and this includes refreshments and lunch.

Jim Richards was inducted into the Australian Motorsport Hall of Fame in 2006. His career records are extraordinary but it is his results at Mount Panorama that have earned him his greatest accolades. Jim holds the record for the most Bathurst 1000 starts, a continuous run of thirty five through to 2006. He also shares the record for the most number of race finishes, twenty four, netting him thirteen Top 10 finishes along with his seven outright victories.

The record for the greatest winning margin belongs to Peter Brock and Jim Richards and the record for the fastest race time for the full 1,000km also belongs to Jim and was set back in 1991 when he and Mark Skaife steered their turbo Nissan GT-R to victory.
