Martial Arts Training Sydney - 1.5 hours
Hapkido techniques consists of long and close range fighting approaches. Hapkido emphasizes circular motion, non-resisting movements, and control of the opponent. You will learn to gain advantage over your opponent through footwork and body positioning to employ leverage, avoiding the use of strength against strength.
The start and end of your session will include deep breathing and meditation that will compliment your experience. You will also gain an understanding of the true origins of martial arts and some of the philosophies and theories held within its practice. Muscles, that you never knew you had, will continue to remind you of your great experience for a few days after.

Experience Details
Fitness and Experience
- This experience is for people aged 16 years and older
- You will be on your feet and moving around for the duration of the session
- If you have any medical conditions, it is essential that you let the instructor know before arriving at the training centre
- The fitter you are the more intense the experience will be. Each person that steps into this training will be pushed to their personal limit
What to Bring/Wear
- You should wear tracksuit pants and a t-shirt or regular gym clothes
- You will be required to remove your footwear before entering the premises, so it is best to wear thongs. The experience is done barefoot
- You may life to bring a towel and change of clothes as we guarantee you will work up a sweat
- Feel free to bring a camera/video camera to capture some of the fun moments
- Do NOT arrive with a full stomach
- Make sure you are hydrated before the experience
- Drinks are available for purchase
What is Supplied
- All training equipment will be supplied for use during your session
