If you're looking for a totally unique off-road motor sport adventure then look no further than the Off-Road Buggies. It's an adrenalin-charged blend of brutal V8 power and raw, open-air, off-road buggy driving.

For your off-road V8 buggy blast you'll suit up in a pair of racing overalls and don a helmet then you'll put a real, off-road race buggy through its paces whilst fine tuning your off-road driving technique. By the end of the off road buggy session you'll experience high speeds, awesome jumps and superb sliding action in the latest and safest V8 off-road buggies, powered by four-litre Lexus V8 engines.

At first you'll do 11 laps with an off road buggy instructor in the navigator's seat offering handy tips on off road buggy control, drifting and racing over purpose-built jumps. Stage Two is known as the "Expression Session", where you'll really get the off-road buggy airborne during another eight laps. The final stage is one off road buggy hot lap as a navigator beside a professional off-road buggy driver. Hang on!

The guys (and girls) at offroadrush were absolutely fantastic. The ride was awesome (although I've been told by my wife I'm not allowed to buy one.) Chris was our instructor / co-pilot, and was great, both with his instruction, and his support. I think it was an experience that not only will I not forget, but I would love to come back and do it again! Any vacancies down there as a volunteer test pilot?!

An excellent experience! Driving at high speeds, sliding around corners and jumping through the air under the advice of an excellent instructor you will have the time of your life. Then hold on for your hot lap when the instructor takes over, you wont be able to wipe the smile off your face for the whole lap!! A++++++++++++

It was a fun day and the guys who run it are a laugh. The V8 Buggy diver is very encouraging he makes sure you enjoy the experience and makes sure you learn as much as possible from his techniques. Fitness and Experience

The buggies offer a fast, furious and rough ride for anyone who loves a thrill
Minimum age is 12 years, no licence required
All passengers and drivers are required to sign a waiver of liability form (ages 12 - 18 years will need a parent/guardian to sign on the day)
Maximum height is 203cm and weight 140kg

What to Bring/Wear

Wear comfortable clothing suitable to the weather on the day
Sunscreen, hat and sunglasses
Footwear must be enclosed

What is Supplied

Drivers briefing where your instructor will explain to you the rules and condition of the track
11 x self drive laps during Stage One
8 x self drive laps during Stage Two
1 Hot Lap during Stage Three
Morning or afternoon tea and beverages to wash the dust down
Racing Overalls
Full face helmet with fitted intercoms

Your driving session will take place just 30km north of the Gold Coast in Alberton.

SESSION INFORMATION Off Road Rush is a Half Day Session with limited numbers available. Session times are as follows: 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM. Sessions take place Mon-Fri.
