Parasailing is an exciting and unique way to see the Gold Coast with a friend. Parasailing combines the sheer joy of soaring in the sky one hundred metres above the Gold Coast skyline and the sensation of flying horizontally over the sea through the clear blue sky!

The experience begins with a short briefing from your instructor as your boat motors out from Mariners Cover Marina. When it’s your turn to parasail, you will be harnessed up to a tandem parasail. From the platform of the launch vessel you are gently winched into the skies above the Gold Coast, your maximum height from the water will be 100 metres. All that is required of you is to relax and enjoy the view!

At the completion of your 10 minute ride you will be winched back onto the boat platform. This ‘cable/winch deck landing’ is the safest way to parasail.

Parasailing with Adrenalin at the Gold Coast was the highlight of my trip. Both my friend and I enjoyed the views of Gold Coast 100 metres in the air. would definitely recommend Parasailing to all thrill seekers.

The parasailing experience was phenomenal! The staff were really friendly and made us feel at ease. I had been parasailing before, about 5 years ago but this was 100 times better. My best mate and I went up together and had a ball. We were dunked in the water a couple of times which really made the experience perfect. So much fun!

Fitness and Experience

You must be 5 years or over (5 -18 years parental/guardian consent is required)
If you are pregnant you are unable to parasail
We may need to ask you some basic questions about your health
Should you have any doubts it is best to consult your doctor

What to Bring/Wear

Wear comfortable clothing, appropriate to the weather on the day
Sunscreen, hat, and sunglasses are a great idea for in the boat
A camera to capture the action

More Information

What about photos/videos? Bring your own camera along to capture the moment! When and where can I Parasail? Everyday from Mariners Cove Marina, Main Beach Gold Coast at either 10.30am or 12.30pm. There is a charge of $25.00 for an observer to go on the boat, this is to be paid directly to the driver on the day. The harness has in-line style seating.
