Fitness and Experience
- No particular fitness or previous baking experience required for this course
What to Bring/Wear
- Wear comfortable closed in flat non-slip shoes (Joggers / Runners are ideal)
- Your own apron if you have one. (Disposable aprons are available on request if you do not have an apron)
- Comfortable clothing.
- For evening classes, it is suggested to have a light meal beforehand as tasting sessions are at the end of the class

This "Artisan Pastry" course goes for 3 hours and is held only on Monday evenings from 6.30 - 9.30pm (please see calendar of dates for availability).
