Personal Training, 5 session programme with Greg McKenzie, Women's - Sydney
Few personal trainers have the experience, passion and skill of former celebrity bodyguard Greg McKenzie, personal trainer to the stars. Greg has experience in boxing, kickboxing, mixed martial arts, professional bodybuilding, fitness training, and is a ASA qualified coach, level 4 personal trainer and ASCA strength and conditioning instructor.
Following a pre-programme phone consultation, your 5-session personal training programme will be tailored to your unique needs and skill level. Your sessions can be tailored to include one or more of the following disciplines:
- Body conditioning
- Classic boxing
- Thai Boxing
- Mixed martial arts (grappling, wrestling, take downs & submission holds)
- General fitness training
Whether it's a one off programme to kick start a fitness regime or a gift for someone special, Greg will give you the motivation to push yourself harder than you though possible. Expect rapid results including increased fitness, confidence and physical strength. Your personal training sessions can take place at a boxing gym in Darlinghurst, or at a venue of your choice. Sessions are available year-round, timed to suit your diary. Gym entry fee included in the price.
