Fitness and Experience

• Minimum age is 5 years old
• Passengers between 5-13 years old must travel with a parent
• Please inform Adrenaline of any relevant medical conditions at the time of booking so we may accommodate you
• Please list individual passenger names & weights in kg upon booking
• Maximum passenger weight for Private Flights is 125kg
• Passengers with physical and/or mental disabilities must book on private flights and be accompanied by a carer in and around the helicopter
• Pregnant passengers can fly in private flights only, at their own risk and are encouraged to consult their GP

What to Bring/Wear

• Wear comfortable clothing, suitable to the weather on the day
• Sunglasses are a good idea as the glare off the clouds can be quite bright
• In the interests of security no bags are allowed on the helicopter or in the aircraft hangar/waiting room (this includes handbags and camera bags)
• You must bring photo ID that matches the booked passenger name/s (no ID, no flight)

What is Supplied

• Private 18-20 minute scenic helicopter flight over Melbourne
• Flight for 2-3 people (so long as maximum combined passenger weight is under maximum of 280kg)
• Please don't attempt to book for 4 people. The booking will be rejected.
• Access to VIP lounge for passengers only (spectators can view from designated outdoor viewing area)
• All passengers may be subject to a random handheld metal detector scan by airport security professionals
• Your tour includes a briefing on the flight
• An informative, light hearted commentary from your professional pilot

More Information

• These flights are only available on Saturday and Sunday, and the last flight for this experience is at 5.30pm
• The Chief Pilot reserves the right to postpone a flight at any time in the event of adverse weather conditions
• Flights will only be conducted in safe weather conditions. Many factors such as wind, visibility, and rain can prohibit a safe and enjoyable flight. The supplier reserves the right to postpone flights, at the discretion of the pilot, on the day where the forecast and conditions do not permit safe and enjoyable flying operations
• Itinerary of flight may vary at the pilot's discretion, dependent on weather and conditions on the day
• Take a third person at no extra charge, as long as they don’t exceed the maximum passenger

Cancellation Policy

• Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
