The Language of Wine is a four hour session for groups of 12 to 20. Participants are introduced to five descriptive dimensions of wine, and practice their skills on these in varied and challenging scenarios. The session concludes with improvised conversations on specific wines (including some of Australia’s most iconic). The Language of Wine is based on a unique wine conversational method developed by the authors Evan Mitchell and Brian Mitchell, and introduced in their books “Drinking Your Own Words” and “The Psychology of Wine”.
Benefits of this session will vary with the individual, but all participants will see improvement in their range and competence in wine language; and all will feel more comfortable conversing on wine in social situations. As part of the session, each participant receives a copy of the book “Drinking Your Own Words”.
