Rock Climbing, Full Day - Glasshouse Mountains, Brisbane
Rock climbing in Brisbane, Queensland is the ultimate mental and physical outdoor activity – it's not about strength but rather about concentration, agility and commitment. The feeling of success when you climbed to the top of a rock face, having utilised all of your rock climbing skills and determination, is tremendously satisfying and nothing short of exhilarating!
You'll be climbing among the Glasshouse Mountains (also known as the Glass House Mountains), an area of incredible beauty Once you've completed the Safe Climbing Practices rock climbing course you'll be able to climb safely under the supervision of an experienced outdoor leader. We start the day with a safety brief and then a leisurely walk to the top, which also make a great place for lunch.
After you've done as much climbing as your arms can take, you'll head back (normally around 2.30pm) to the car park.

Fitness and Experience
- Anyone with a sense of adventure and a love of the outdoors is bound to enjoy this challenge
- We can cater for any level of experience – beginners through to experienced simply advise us of your abilities at the time of booking
- An average level of fitness is required and you should inform Adrenalin of any medical conditions that may be relevant, for example asthma, epilepsy
- Young adults are encouraged to get into this determined and rewarding sport. In fact, anyone over the age of 12 can come along as long as a parent/guardian is present to observe and sign the indemnity form
What to Bring/Wear
- Light weight, non-restrictive clothing - shorts and t-shirt
- Footwear should be enclosed, joggers are ideal
- Warm sweater and wet weather gear
- Snacks, lunch and 2-3 litres of drinking water
- If you have some climbing shoes, bring them along
