Jonah's at Palm Beach – One of Australia’s most prestigious ocean retreats. Jonah’s superbly crafted dishes integrate a strong Asian and European influence with the best of Australia’s fresh local produce, and are always impeccably flavoured and presented.

Peats Bite - Located on the Hawkesbury River, Peats Bite has developed a reputation for long relaxed luncheons. It's unique three-course menu incorporates banquet style entrees with à la Carte mains and desserts. Feel free to enjoy a dip in the pool between courses or sit out on the lawn with coffee and dessert looking over the vista that is the Hawkesbury.
After a leisurely 3 course a la carte lunch you reboard your aircraft and return to Sydney Harbour. To top off a magical afternoon you will complete a circuit of the Harbour Bridge and Opera House, before landing at Rose Bay.
