Snorkeling, 1 Day Snorkel Trip - Great Barrier Reef, Cairns
Your day trip is aboard the M.V.Reef-Kist - a state of the art 60-foot (18 metre) catamaran, licenced to carry 75, however for extra comfort we have limited passenger numbers to a maximum of 40 to the reef.
Snorkelling is an ideal way to experience the unmatched beauty of the reef for people that suffer from asthma, epilepsy, diabetes, major heart problems or any eye operations or lung damage that may not allow you to dive.
You will see a vast array of hard and soft corals, great drop-offs, exciting walls and swim - throughs. Our dive sites have been selected for their diversity and abundance of marine life, with their magnificent array of coral formation, giant clams and brilliantly coloured fish. Our great number of dive locations allows us to pick the right dive spot for any particular day, making it as enjoyable as possible for our passengers. We visit reefs such as Milln Reef, Moore Reef, Thetford Reef and Briggs Reef, all of which are located approximately 65 kilometres off the coast of Cairns.
