This is a unique 60-minute Tiger Moth scenic flight departing from the Gold Coast, taking in the rainforest and beaches of the Gold Coast. You will fly by the Springbrook Rainforest Waterfalls returning via Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise beachfront.

Fly over the green ranges behind the Gold Coast, we'll cruise around the Purlingbrook Falls of the local Hinterland. The spectacular natural scenery of gorges, rainforest, mountains and vertical waterfalls that snake into silver rivers below will take your breath away.

Fly beside cliff faces and over waterfalls through the Numinbah valley, over the Hinze Dam and Springbrook. Then you'll cruise above the golden beaches of the Gold Coast as you return to the Tiger Moth Airfield. A photographers dream flight!

No particular level of experience or fitness is required, however people who suffer from heart conditions and/or epilepsy cannot fly

The de Havilland DH 82 Tiger Moth is a 1930s biplane designed by Geoffrey de Havilland and was operated by the Royal Air Force and others as a primary trainer. The Tiger Moth remained in service with the RAF until 1952 when many of the surplus aircraft entered civil operation. Many other nations used the Tiger Moth both in military and civil applications and the ubiquitous little trainer is still in great demand worldwide as a recreational aircraft. It is still occasionally used as a primary training aircraft, although now most Tiger Moths employed in training and recreation flights, and are used by pilots gaining experience for 'taildragger' license ratings.
