Trapeze, Learn To Fly The Trapeze Outdoors - Sydney
A new and unique opportunity - learn how to fly on the trapeze at the first flying trapeze school in Sydney. You will get a taste of what it’s like to be a trapeze performer. Your training session will start with a run through of the safety procedures, basic body positions, before putting on your safety harness on the mini trapeze on the ground.
You will then climb the ladder to the platform where you are attached to the safety ropes and swing on the high trapeze. At this point you can perform the first of a number of tricks according to your strength, skill and desire. After just a few swings most people will accomplish the correct body position to enable them to do a release and catch, which in turn opens up a variety of more advance manoeuvres. The trapeze team are fully trained professionals and have years of experience from around the world performing and instructing for shows such as the Moscow Circus.
Workshops are set in a fun, encouraging environment at the Olympic Park venue. The workshops provide constant amusement for participants. Safety is our number 1 priority – you will: sign a release form prior to participating, understand basic safety regulations, wear a safety belt at all times, and swing over a safety net, The class length varies between 60-90 minutes depending on the number of people booked for the class.

I was given a gift voucher to learn to fly trapeze for my birthday and it was honestly one of the best presents I've ever recieved. I was really suprised at how much we learned in the time we had. I was anticipating simply having a swing but came away from the session with a great sense of accomplishment.
I'd go back any day!!
Thanks for an awesome adrenalin experience.

I thought it was particularly great how all the Trapeze crew learnt everyone's name and would use our names repeatedly during the 90 minute class. It made me feel a lot more comfortable and safe and was just a nice touch to make you feel important. I had a fantastic experience and would do it again in a heartbeat.

If, you can sky-dive; the trapez experience is completely different. So, you must come in with a go-for-it attitude, and the instructors on the day were strict, professional, and yet they advocate fun in their activity.
