Of course if that's too many teeth, try Sea Kayaking with the Dolphins in WA, in the Mangroves in QLD or with the Pelicans in NSW. For more of a rush, White Water Rafting is available at many natural or man made courses Australia-wide, and is great way to challenge yourself whilst taking in spectacular scenery.
