Why not try river rafting this winter on the mighty Avon River just 1hr drive from Perth. Be one of the few that can say they have rafted the same water as some of the best paddlers and kayakers do each year in WA’s premier white water event – the Avon Descent

Close to Perth, the Avon River provides grade 2/3 water with picturesque views. Paddle from Walyunga National Park to Bells Rapid, or for a more relaxing time, from Bells Rapid to Sandleford Winery with the option of wine tasting at the end of the day. Your experience will begin by getting all your gear on and being paired with a co-worker. After everyone is ready to go, you will be given a full safety briefing and then the adventure begins.

You will be paddling in a two-man croc (inflatable raft/canoe) so it is really up to both of you to work together to get to the end without falling in.
