Anyone can learn Hatha yoga and Skye will tailor the class to suit every fitness level, from beginners through to experienced yoga practitioners. Classes start with an introduction to the breathing technique and will guide you with a uniquely tailored class that leaves you feeling rested, rejuvenated and energised.
Classes last one hour and your experienced instructor will travel to any location within 20km of Sydney CBD. The listed price covers locations from Cronulla to the CBD. An additional travel charge of $10 applies for bookings outside Cronulla or the CBD.

Hatha yoga uses gentle stretching, set postures and breathing techniques to release tension, align the body and enhance energy flow. Relaxation techniques help settle the nervous system, calm the mind and improve immune system function. Daily yoga practice is believed to have incredible benefits for the body including increased flexibility, overall massage of the internal organs, detoxification, muscle toning and a sounder sleep pattern.
Focus on the breath is one of the distinguishing characteristics of Hatha yoga. In the eight limbs of yoga, the control of prana, or life force (known as pranayama) is closely tied to breathing practices. Throughout history and across the globe, the terminology for "breath" and "spirit" have been closely linked. An important aspect of the poses, breathing is also a practice in itself.
