Zen Group Escape for up to 10 - Sydney

A unique group spa experience in Sydney with a range of relaxation therapies designed to nurture the mind, body and spirit. Indulge in this special day with work colleagues, a hens party, with your sisters and mum on Mother's Day, or just with a group of friends. 

On arrival you'll be asked to fill in a short client consultation form and offered a herbal tea or water in the comfort of your own quiet private surrounds. Then you'll begin with a neck and shoulder trigger point release massage Shiatsu - a cross between acupuncture and massage. Like acupressure, Shiatsu works with vital points and energy meridians and uses finger-thumb-palm pressure and stimulates the body's inner powers of balance and healing.

Follow by treating your hands to an exfoliation, a soak in essential oils, a cuticle treatment and a soothing arm and hand massage. Finally soak your feet in a blend of soothing essential oils followed by exfoliation, a cuticle treatment and foot massage. Then, finish off an indulgent session together with a fruit plate and bubbly!

Price is per person, this experience is suitable for groups of between 4 and 10 people.
